Electrical Surveys
Whether you need a survey as a landlord or a business/home owner, electrical certificates play an important role when taking care of the safety of your tenants or visitors, and our Electrical Certificates ensure you are able to prove that you’ve taken reasonable measures to do so. To this end, a full electrical inspection should be carried out every three or five years depending the results or recommendations of any previous inspections. This inspection checks the condition of electrical wiring throughout the accommodation and intensively checks the the electrical installation and concludes it’s safety.
